Quayside is a grade 2 listed cottage situated in the Old Harbour area of Weymouth in Dorest, overlooking the outer harbour directly opposite the Harbour Master's premises.
Built in the 18th century as a fisherman's cottage, it has been upgraded over the years but still retains original features and character, incorporating the former boat shed attached at the rear as part of the cottage.
The cottage is now divided into two separate roomy self contained aprtments with their own front entrance doors from a shared entrance hall. The upper apartment is on the first and second floors and the lower is on the ground floor with the bedrooms at the rear on the ground and first floors.
There is a balcony on the top floor at the front of the cottage and a courtyard at the rear.
